This tea is made from high-quality, organic Matcha green tea from Kyoto, Japan. It is certified organic by JONA, and is harvested only once a year. The tea is ground by traditional Hikiusu (mortar and pestle) and deep green in colour. It is grown by Tana (method) - Shaded for 20 to 30 days before harvest. The tea is sealed in a secure air-tight pull-top tin, straight from Japan for ultimate freshness.

This Matcha green tea is for those who want an organic grade matcha. It is slightly less flavourful than our Superior matcha. However, it is still Matcha green tea of a very high quality.
